Welcome! Feeling overwhelmed and unsure on where to start? One thing about me, I am passionate about assisting my patients through life transitions and improving their quality of life. I am passionate about working with clients through life transitions and pursuing the journey of self-discovery and purpose in life. I am a trauma informed provider with a focus on PTSD, childhood experiences and attachment. I take a person-centered approach to my therapy, meaning assisting you as a partner in identifying and exploring what you want according to your likes, dislikes, and needs in therapy. I take a holistic approach to therapy utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy(similar to EMDR) and Clinical Hypnosis for relief from anxiety, depression, PTSD and stress. I do sprinkle in some Cognitive Behavior approaches, EFT and DBT.
It doesn't have to be all feels, with a focus on the 8 dimensions of wellness (physical, emotional, environment, social, financial, spiritual, occupational and intellectual) you get to decide where we start. Our first session is a time for us to get to know each other, gather information to set goals and objectives, and plan for your therapy experiences.
