My clinical experience has been to work with individuals in a variety of settings who have struggled with depression/anxiety, PTSD and trauma related disorders, self-worth issues, life transitions, and personal relationship challenges. My approach is that I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and that sometimes we just need a little guidance.
My goal is that in our work, you will feel seen, heard, and valued. I will provide a safe, confidential space for you to start your journey towards becoming the person you want to be.
