I work well with teen and adult clients who have a desire to live life beyond survival and help individuals find their unique oath to wellness. Particularly through the use of creativity and integrated approaches. I specialize in working with women and LGBTQ+. Many of my clients present with PTSD, anxiety, depression, identity issues and/or substance use. Clients report they have found value in the therapeutic alliance we co-create, as I make establishing trust and a key value. I believe that individuals possess deep innate potential to discover healing and define their own journey. I work with persons aged 13 and up.
My therapeutic style is eclectic: incorporating expressive arts with mindfulness, DBT, IFS, MI, and solution orientation. I believe creativity matched with empathy and active listening provide powerful tools of healing and hope that help to change people's lives in the here and now. I have a whole person focus and operate through a holistic lens
I have a unique approach that focuses on building relationships while meeting diverse needs of the whole person. I use an array of clinical tools available to me to help you break through barriers and partner with you to help accomplish a life of wholeness, health and happiness you desire. It is okay to not be okay.
