Families I help most are looking for someone who listens, responds, finds answers, and calms anxiety with meaningful help. This is different than psychoanalytic therapy because we work with the reality at present. I help families make sense of all of the options available and then implement new strategies with their child. I work with parents to find the strengths in their existing parenting and discover new processes to enjoy more family time together. It is imperative to balance structure with flexibility and to support at each families uniqueness with evidence-based strategies and a personalized plan for success.
I can help both parents and children develop positive strategies for behaviors at home and school. My sessions focus on fostering the connection and understanding between family members to unite in purpose and growth. My experience as an Educational Therapist and parenting coach brings together all of the perspectives and dynamics the play a role in a family
I am passionate about understanding and celebrating each families’ unique situation. Together, we can implement a plan to navigate new challenges. I have worked with families in-person and virtually all over the world including: NYC, Miami, London, Shanghai, and Switzerland.
