My approach is grounded in meeting each client where they are, and walking alongside them as they reconnect with their most authentic self.
In our work together, I integrate somatic awareness of the mind–body connection, utilize EMDR, and incorporate inner child work. These approaches help clients move beneath the surface to uncover and heal the deeper wounds that continue to shape their present experiences.
