I specialize in supporting both parents and their kids. I help moms navigating perinatal mood struggles, postpartum depression/anxiety, birth trauma, and the overwhelming transition to parenthood. With little ones, I use play therapy for big feelings, family changes, anxiety, and trauma. I’m trained in perinatal mental health, play therapy and EMDR.
