You feel tired a lot but at night you can't shut off your brain enough to relax and sleep. You might struggle to ask for help because you're used to doing it all yourself. Maybe you also need to process some trauma or some difficult childhood experiences. You just know you need someone to talk to about everything and hopefully find a way to feel better.
I specialize in trauma, perinatal mental health and anxiety. I'm trained in EMDR, which is a treatment for trauma and often work with sexual assault, childhood trauma and birth/medical traumas. I also work often with pregnant women or mothers who are struggling with issues related to parenting.
