You have the ability to live a self determined life, free from the pain of your past. No matter what challenges you are facing, growth, healing, and recovery are possible. My approach to therapy is collaborative, relationship driven, and rooted in helping you understand the way your attachment style influences your relationships, habits, and patterns of behavior. We will work to bring context to your history, understand your defense mechanisms, and develop new ways for you to respond to distressing thoughts, feelings, and emotions, as we build your path to emotional freedom.
I specialize in grief and loss, trauma/PTSD and associated challenges, relationship and intimacy issues, recovering from sexual assault, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, suicidal ideation, and self-harm recovery. I offer a range of evidence based supports including EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, CBT, and attachment based therapy.
I would love to get to know you and see if we are a good fit. I offer free phone consultations where I seek to learn more about what you would like to work on, share more about my approach, and give you the chance to ask questions.
