I started Seasons of Change LLC in 2025 after having been apart of a wonderful group practice for five years as well as embracing being a seasoned clinician in the field for over twelve years. It is my hope that through this opportunity I will continue to be able to aid clients in growing a sense of empowerment through various life changes and transitions. I provide support, skills and hope to teens, adults and families. I specialize in treating depression, mood disorders and anxiety as well as developing parenting skills and strengthening family dynamics.
My goal in therapy is to guide my clients in improving self-esteem, self-acceptance and to enhance overall stability and function on a day-to-day basis. I value an individualized strength based approach to meet the ongoing needs of my clients. In 2021, I pursued a certification in perinatal mental health in order support enhanced support women and families.
From infertility, prenatal, pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood, my goal is to help my clients to feel heard and to strengthen coping and advocacy skills.
