Hi, my name is Megan Ayres-Gregory, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New York. I have been working with children, adults, and families with various community agencies for over 20 years. I received my LMSW, Licensed Master Social Worker, in 2014 and my LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, in 2023. I provide a strength-based approach to help people overcome barriers to living healthy and meaningful lives. I have experience treating several mental health diagnoses and helping people build skills to manage their symptoms so that they can achieve their goals.
I help clients improve interpersonal relationships, maintain employment, be successful in school, and improve the ability to manage stress. I also help people practice communication skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and internal coping skills. I work with children and their caregivers, individuals, and families.
I am only able to provide sessions through telehealth services. I am available in the evenings on weekdays and some Saturdays. I can understand that finding a therapist and starting therapy is a challenging step.
