I work with neurodivergent women and LGBTQ+ adults who want support as they navigate an overstimulating and unaccommodating world. Whether or not you've been medically diagnosed with autism, ADHD, AuDHD, I can help you identify your unique strengths and break negative, painful patterns in your life. Many of my clients are processing trauma or harassment and bullying. Some want to make changes in their career, and do not know where to begin.
