I am a postdoctoral fellow pursuing my independent license as a clinical psychologist. I provide individual, family, and couples therapy to clients of all ages. My experience includes a broad range of concerns, with specialized knowledge in autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and severe mental illness. My trauma-informed approach recognizes the impact of trauma on mental health and functioning. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment, using evidence-based practices such as CBT, play therapy, art therapy, and animal-assisted interventions tailored to each client.
A unique aspect of my work is the inclusion of my fur therapist, Mushu. Mushu is present in all sessions and offers comfort, emotional support, and a calming presence to clients of all ages. Many clients find that Mushu helps them feel more at ease and engaged during therapy.
