As a seasoned clinician with over 14 years of experience and advanced training in working with women in the perinatal period, I specialize in helping women with anxiety disorders and OCD, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to foster meaningful change. I offer convenient virtual sessions during the week.

I work with clients experiencing a variety of mood or anxiety disorders with specialized training in perinatal populations and diagnoses of OCD. Additionally, I support other therapists who are navigating personal difficulties or needing clinical supervision. Most of my clients experience progress within 1-3 months when meeting weekly and shift to decreasing sessions once progress is maintained.
