Waitlist for new clients
I believe in building a relationship with my clients where they feel safe and accepted, yet challenged and empowered to grow. People seek therapy when they are struggling in a current relationship, or are having trouble relating to a partner in a mentally healthy way. When we realize that we choose everything we say or do, then we have the power to make choices to have the quality relationships we desire. I help my clients make the choices needed to have happy relationships.
I welcome adult clients for both individual and couples counseling. I also offer premarital counseling. I have training and experience treating relationship issues, sexual issues, depression, anxiety, anger management, mood/emotion regulation disorders, trauma, attachment, grief, physical/emotional/sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, and codependency.
I bring a unique mix of experience and knowledge when working with my clients. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach for therapy, and that the relationship between a therapist and a client is dynamic and collaborative. My personal goal is to meet you where you are, and to work together to find unique therapeutic solutions that work for you.
