It is my goal to try and to meet each person where they are at and try to help achieve your goals by utilizing and blending a variety of techniques, theories, and modalities (including equine-assisted psychotherapy). My areas of specialization include Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, self harm, to name a few.
