I don’t want to give you the usual pitch on what I can offer as a therapist. The truth is, there are a lot of amazing therapists out there. There are also many that might not be the right fit for you. At the end of the day, finding a strong connection with a therapist is what matters most for seeing results. So I will be as direct as possible- I connect best with clients who are curious about new perspectives and want to think deeply on how they came to be the person they are today. I became a therapist as a result of my own personal therapeutic journey paired with a decade of working with little humans. In raising children and processing the many emotions that came with it, I healed my childhood wounds. I know what it is like to be on the other side of this relationship, so I use that humanistic perspective now with my clients.
Getting started can feel daunting and vulnerable. I promise to make it a bit easier on you by providing a space that will make you feel warmly welcomed and safe. All are welcome in my therapy room- exactly as they are.
