Are you looking for a way to connect more deeply with yourself and others, heal wounds, or change patterns? Or to build upon growth work you’ve been doing for some time? Psychotherapy offers a supportive way to explore what has brought you to this time in your life, and provides tools to help you to experience yourself, and life, in new ways. With warmth and a relational approach, I offer individual, couple, family and group psychotherapy, working across development from pre-teens to older adults.
I am a trauma specialist Certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, trained in structural dissociation, and NeuroAffective Touch. I work extensively with survivors of child sexual abuse and intimate partner violence, as well as with anxiety, depression, complex and developmental trauma, eating disorders and clients living with chronic health conditions.
I welcome clients who are interested in exploring issues related to relationships, trauma, development, identity, work, spirituality, stage of life, oppression and marginalization. You are welcome to reach out and schedule an intake phone call, to explore together what the next steps in your healing journey might look like!
