I feel passionate about supporting people in their relationships, trauma, identity, motivation levels and regulation skills. I have background and value working with LGBTQ+ people. I have worked at the Boys and Girls club, both inpatient/outpatient at McLean and residential for eating disorders at Walden. I currently work at the McLean outpatient clinic.
I enjoy bringing in music, podcasts or books. I value supporting the connection of the mind and body. I understand that starting therapy can feel challenging to let someone in. I am here to listen and would love to be a safe and supportive space. I look forward to starting the work together ◡̈
