Relationship challenges can affect every area of your life, leading to sleepless nights, difficulty concentrating, poor self-esteem, anxiety and even physical pain. I specialize in helping women rediscover their authentic selves. Things like relational or religious trauma, childhood wounds and/or difficult lived experiences often contribute to a loss of self. I want to help you to start healing from these wounds, so you can begin rediscover your authentic self and pursue the type of life you truly want to be living.
