Counseling is a very personal endeavor, therefore finding the right counselor is a big decision. You'll want someone who can understand what you're going through. Maybe right now you are in a place in your life where you're not sure what the next step is to take. Maybe you have found that your relationships are unsatisfying, you are unhappy in your career, or your kids are stressing you out. I would like to work with you through your challenging situation and help you live a more fulfilling life.
I enjoy working with people struggling with adoption issues, anxiety, depression, and relationships. I have completed Levels 1 and 2 training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I have a certificate in Adoption Competency, and completed Level 1 training in Dyadic Developmental Practice and Psychotherapy (DDP), which works with adoptive/foster families.
I know it takes courage to reach out for help, so I'm glad you found me. You've made the first step already, so take the next one and call or email me for a free consultation. I have morning, afternoon, and early evening appointments available.
