Finding someone to trust and confide in with life's demands can be challenging. To put yourself out there and say, "Here are my problems," can be intimidating and scary. It is my hope to create an environment where you will feel safe, free from judgement, and better prepared to explore and improve your life. My goal is to help you on your journey to self discovery, growth and happiness. You are your greatest teacher and together my hope is for us to achieve your greatest potential. I am open to working with clients of all ages, ethnicities, religious beliefs, and sexual orientations.
The wealth of my experience as a clinician has been working with children and adolescents, particularly I specialize in Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am the current Director of Autism Services at Meaningful Connections Counseling. I also enjoy working with couples and family dynamics. I provide couples, family, individual counseling, and group therapy.
I am available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm via phone or anytime via email for questions or concerns you may have. Please do not hesitate to let me know if there are any other resources or ways in which I can help you reach your goals.

I see treatment as a collaborative process that is ongoing. We will identify your top goals and break those down into manageable steps to work on in and outside of session. I will follow your lead but also gently challenge and encourage you of where I believe it will benefit you to go. Most of my clients report feeling relief within the first 3 months of therapy and continued improvement after.

Megan is one of the best therapist around. She's warm, down to earth, caring and really smart. I haven't met anyone that isn't instantly drawn to her, and her clients are lucky to have a therapist who is compassionate and hard working.
