I'm trained in Sensorimotor (somatic) Psychotherapy and EMDR and I help you gently explore what your body has been carrying, tend to old attachment wounds, and cultivate the safety, softness, and nourishment your system has been longing for.

Religious Trauma Support Group
If you’ve left a religious community and are feeling confused, disconnected, or unsure of who you are now, you’re not alone. This 6-week in-person group starting on June 11 is for adults who've left church. We’ll explore how your past beliefs may have shaped your identity, body, and relationships—and gently work toward healing. Each week includes info on topics like internalized messages, spiritual confusion, and reconnecting with your body, along with space to share, reflect, and connect. We’ll use tools from IFS, somatics, and narrative therapy. Wed love to hear from you!
