If you are looking for an “out of the box” type of counselor, then I would love to work with you. Therapy is about meeting you where you are and if that means you need a listening ear as you process something deep, someone to help guide you to the best possible you, or someone who is going to hold you accountable, than look no further, because that is exactly what you will get. Therapy is not one size fits all, so I use many different modalities of therapy to help you navigate life’s ebbs and flows.
If you are involved in the family court system I am the therapist for you. I work with children who are struggling with their parents divorce and re-integration therapy to bring parents and children back together. I also work with individuals who are in the middle of a life transition, getting a divorce, graduating high school/college, and empty nesters.
Changes in life are hard and I want to be there to help you go through them. Sometimes all we need is the support of someone who will give us the tools we need to navigate and be a listening ear. I understand being a child of divorce, an ailing parent, and navigating elderly parents. I provide services in Missouri, Kansas, and Florida.
