I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, helping people facing serious mental health challenges, as well as children and families navigating the foster care system. No matter what you're going through, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create lasting, positive change.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and my goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard and supported.
