I love working with people who have a desire to live beyond survival mode and are ready to take action towards wellbeing. I specialize in working with women and LGBTQ+. Many of my clients present with ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, and issues related to life transitions. Clients report they find value in the therapeutic alliance we co-create; as I make establishing trust a key priority. I believe that all individuals, no matter their story, possess deep potential to heal, grow and define their own journey. I only work with persons aged 15 and up. I have a whole person focus.
My style is eclectic: blending person-centered therapy with Mindfulness, IFS, MI, and solution orientation. I utilize a variety of tools to support personal exploration such as Oracle/Tarot, body based interventions, creativity and symbolism to quickly access the body and soul's intuitive wisdom.
