Hi! My name is Megan and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas. I have over 9 years of experience working as mental health and behavioral therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anger management, emotional regulation, anxiety, workplace stressors, family conflict, stress management, mental health disorders, communication improvement, and self-esteem. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional abuse. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered.
I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. As your therapist, my job is to listen to your feelings, concerns, and stressors. Not only will I listen, but I will actively collaborate with you to help you determine the changes that will lead to you feeling more fulfilled and happy.
