My passion is working with adults to overcome the challenges and complexities of life that can feel heavy and exhausting. I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with carrying the family mental load, parenting and caregiver stress, and those who are feeling stuck and in a place of dread, ick, or experiencing overwhelming worries and fears. I understand that when you feel maxed out, adding therapy to your to-do list can feel impossible. However, to be the best parent, partner, or coworker you have to be the best version of you first.
Together we’ll navigate the parts that feel stuck, hypercritical, depressed, and/or anxious. I’ll help guide you through learning valuable skills for healing these parts, managing overwhelming emotions, and dealing with stress. We will meet virtually in the comfort of your own space to navigate the sticky and begin building a more fulfilling and joyful life.
If you think I could be a good fit, I would love to connect with you. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation or you can get started by scheduling an intake appointment online through Adapt Counseling Network.
