Let’s get to it. I’m here to help you create meaningful change in your life. I specialize in trauma work, which means that from our very first session, I’ll help you explore how present-day challenges may be connected to past experiences. I live for helping clients have things "click" and finally make sense for them. My goal is always to bring hope, clarity, and forward movement right from the start. Many of the clients I work with come to me after traditional talk therapy hasn’t been enough. I’m here to offer a fresh perspective and to collaborate with you on creative, effective solutions that fit to your needs.
I am trained in EMDR and specialize in working with those that have experienced trauma. I also use somatic experiencing and mindfulness practices, to help clear trauma held in the body. I also have specialized training working with women trying to conceive, are pregnant, or postpartum. As a mother, I realize the need for support during this time.
