Therapy does not have to be intimidating! I am passionate about creating a safe space for my clients in a non-judgmental environment. I am direct, honest, and authentic in sessions, which helps build our relationship as we work together, and make therapy more of a collaborative process. I have experience working with adolescents and adults with a wide array of diagnoses and issues including; depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, OCD, addictions, self harm, low self worth, relationship issues, or school and work difficulties.
I am trained in EMDR and specialize in working with adolescents and adults that have experienced trauma or adverse life experiences. EMDR can be very helpful for those that have continued to feel stuck in traditional talk therapy. I also have background and training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), CBT, prolonged exposure, and chemical dependency.
I am happy to answer any questions you may have to help make this process as easy as possible. I look forward to walking along side you in the healing process!
