Each person's reason for entering therapy is unique. As a psychodynamic psychotherapist and Jungian analyst-in-training, I understand all suffering as uncomfortable and deep inner life callings toward a more whole and creative life. I take a strengths-based, person-centered approach to meet you where you are and proceed at your pace. We will meet in a safe and confidential space (whether in my office or on secure video) and get curious together about the meaning of your symptoms and the type of transformation for which your particular soul is calling .
Talk therapy, dream work, expressive arts, therapeutic sand tray work, mindfulness, EMDR, and somatic work are just a few examples of what might be helpful in our process. Overall, I use a depth psychological perspective to hold space for the transformation mental health issues.
Together we will explore and find what works for you and your path to wellness and wholeness. I am licensed to work with people living in Vermont, California, and New York.
