About
Are you ready for change in your life? Finding safety and connection in therapy is a first step to creating the life you want. You deserve to be in the world as your most authentic self right now! The experiences we have had in our lives shape how we feel, react, and interact with the world. Each of us finds our own path through life’s transitions, challenges, and obstacles. Therapy is a space for you to deepen your understanding of yourself and discover why you are here.
Every human being comes into this world seeking safety and connection. Trust is the cornerstone of any relationship. I work hard to attune with my clients in order to create an atmosphere where clients feel heard, seen, and “felt.” I bring an approach based in trauma-informed mindfulness, EMDR, and grounded in body-centered awareness.
Therapy is a spontaneous process and the relationship between you and your therapist is the most important part of the equation. If my profile speaks to you, please reach out! I love working with clients who want real change in their lives. I can help.
