With over two decades of life experience as a partner, mother, and someone who has navigated my own challenges, I deeply understand the struggles of managing anxiety, self-doubt, family dynamics, and life's uncertainties. Like many of my clients, I’ve faced cycles of stress and unhelpful thinking patterns. These personal experiences fueled my passion for counseling, which I view as more than just a profession — it’s my calling. I’m committed to empowering my clients to build resilience and strength, supporting them as they navigate their challenges with empathy and understanding.

I help teens and adults navigate difficult life transitions like divorce, infidelity, and challenging family dynamics. I’m not a “blank slate” therapist — I build authentic, trusting relationships. Together, we address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship concerns, fostering emotional growth and resilience.
