When life feels overwhelming, relationships become complicated, or you're questioning what comes next, therapy can help you find clarity and move forward. I work with adults navigating family estrangement, divorce, infidelity, anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, and major life transitions, including those who seem fine on the outside but feel stuck or disconnected privately.

Family estrangement is a growing focus of my practice. I work with adult children who have stepped back from a parent or family, and with parents grieving the loss of contact with an adult child. Both experiences carry deep pain, confusion, and often shame. Here, you won't have to defend your story or justify your choices.

My approach is relational, authentic, and grounded in empathy. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns that brought you here, whether that means healing, setting boundaries, grieving, or exploring reconnection, while rebuilding self-worth. I bring professional expertise and over two decades of lived experience with marriage and family life.
