About
Many of us struggle in our lives unconsciously stuck with a perspective that has helped us survive our past, but is no longer serving us in the present. I use an integrative approach drawing from Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment Theory and combine them with teaching new coping skills and mindfulness tools to support my clients in finding hope, peace, and healing. I help my clients explore the underlying thoughts & beliefs that may be contributing to feeling stuck in their lives. By helping release from these unhealthy patterns I hope to guide clients to better and more fulfilling lives.
I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, exercise addiction, body image issues, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, co-dependence, self-esteem, and social challenges.
My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and confidential space that allows us to collaborate together to practice truth without judgement, and to help you live the life you deserve.
