With my background as a teacher and extensive training in play therapy, I create safe and engaging spaces for children to express themselves. For adults, I draw on my EMDR training to support them through the complexities of trauma and life transitions.
I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of all my clients, regardless of their age, and strive to help individuals and families reconnect, find balance, and move forward with resilience.
