My approach integrates trauma-responsive somatic therapy with breath, sound, and movement to support healing on every level: body, psyche, and soul. Rooted in polyvagal nervous system repair, attachment, and spiritual depth, I will invite you to awaken your inner healer, release stored patterns, and embody a more harmonious, authentic expression of yourself.
