I use an eclectic approach and have been trained in EMDR, DBT & Gottman Level 1. With individual clients, we will outline which approach is the best fit. You know yourself best, therefore when we meet we will outline a treatment plan together. I want to work with you on finding what best fits your needs throughout your therapeutic journey.

DBT Group
A Young Adult DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) group provides a supportive environment for individuals aged 18 to 25 to learn and practice essential skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. Led by a trained therapist, sessions typically include psychoeducation, group discussions, and experiential exercises. Members share personal experiences, receive feedback, and collaborate on applying DBT techniques to real-life challenges. Through mutual support and accountability, participants cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and healthier coping mechanisms. The group fosters a sense of community and empowerment, empowering young adults to navigate life's ups and downs with greater confidence and emotional stability.
