My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe being yourself, opening up honestly, and taking meaningful steps toward healing and growth. In our work together, we will explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity while building healthier coping skills, stronger confidence, and a greater sense of balance in daily life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, I’m here to help you move forward.

I have experience providing therapy to children, families, and adults, including supporting children and mothers in shelter settings. I offer an open heart, a caring ear, and training in a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, and life challenges in a supportive space.
