I am a licensed clinical social worker and my passion lies in trauma work, as well as issues related to perfectionism and anxiety. I utilize a psychodynamic theoretical approach to help clients discover deeper meaning in their experiences and learn to cope with challenges as they face them.
My approach to therapy involves understanding the connection between our thoughts and the way we feel and behave. I help clients learn to practice being more present in the moment reduce worries about the past or the future.
I create a safe space for comfortable, non-judgmental, open disclosure by meeting clients where they are. Clients set the tone for the style of treatment that works best for them.
