As a therapist, I strive to help my clients move from surviving to thriving; to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can process together; and to help you gain healthy coping skills to navigate life skillfully and successfully. Life can be difficult to navigate at times and I'm here to walk along the journey with you as you're going through transitions & experiences such as: life and mid-life with relationships/family/parenting, caring for a loved one who struggles with their mental health, career/school stressors, working in healthcare or education settings, coping with past trauma and navigating grief/loss.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have worked professionally in the field for the last 7 years. I have 22+ yrs of experience in the human/social services field working with individuals of all ages, in a variety of different settings including non-profit, hospitals & agencies which has informed my worldview & who I am today as a counselor.
I strive to be authentic, compassionate and meet each person where they're at. I appreciate clients who are ready and willing to do the work in therapy and to be challenged to think and grow in different ways.
