As a therapist, I strive to help my clients move from surviving to thriving; to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can process together; and to help you gain healthy coping skills to navigate life skillfully and successfully. Life can be difficult to navigate at times and I'm here to walk along the journey with you as you're going through life transitions such as relationships, work/career, school, family, parenting and grief/loss. My biggest life themes have been restoration and grace and ones that have shaped who I am as a person and as a counselor, and what led me to create Restored Grace Counseling, LLC.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have worked professionally in the field for the last 6 years. I have 21+ yrs of experience in the human/social services field working with individuals of all ages, in a variety of different settings including non-profit, hospitals & agencies which has informed my worldview and who I am today as a counselor.
I strive to be authentic, compassionate and meet each person where they're at. I appreciate clients who are ready and willing to do the work in therapy and to be challenged to think and grow in different ways. One of my biggest roles as your therapist is to help empower and advocate for you, as I walk along with you during this season of your life!
