I am accepting new clients. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in individual, couples, family, and group therapy. I work with children, teens, families, and adults. A total of 15 years in human services, 8 years directly related to therapy. I have provided outpatient therapy, play therapy, and in school therapy. I have experience working with children, teens, couples and adults with a variety of mental health, emotional, and behavioral issues including: ADHD, adjustment/transitions, attachment, ODD, behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, school problems, couple conflict, and family conflicts.
I use an eclectic therapeutic style and use various evidenced based models such as: DBT, CBT, EMDR, Family Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Parenting Solutions, Gottman Therapy, Play Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy. I believe in a collaborative approach helping individuals and families find balance and peace within their life and family.
