Hello! I am a believer in possibilities and change. If you are someone who feels now is the time for positive transformation or you and your family are wanting help dealing with the stressors of life, I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples. I love to work with individuals as young as 12 using cognitive behaviors therapy as well as adults with a wide range of concerns. You will feel welcomed when you come to the office, and we will work as a team to meet your goals in therapy. I have experience with LGBTQ+, trauma, depression, anxiety and addictions and I am a licensed clinical social worker.
I utilize multiple different therapy techniques and have specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and traditional Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I also treat a variety of addictions and enjoy helping you reach your goals of sobriety.
While I am new to private practice, I have quite a bit of experience with multiple different populations. Being new to this practice enables me to give you the time, flexibility, and attention you need to reach your goals.
