Hi there, I'm Meg. If you're feeling stuck, losing sleep, have racing thoughts, or are realizing you simply don't feel like yourself anymore, you may find yourself searching for tools and connection. In therapy, we can work collaboratively to unpack your story, consider paths to work towards the person you want to be, and build tools along the way to help you navigate the road ahead. I work with individuals 18 and older who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, are struggling with a life transition, or are developing their own identity at any life phase.
At my clinical core, I am a person-centered therapist, and often use mindfulness, narrative therapy, and ACT in my work with clients. I am also EMDR trained to assist clients who have experienced trauma. I work to provide a warm, safe space for connection, collaboration, and change. Empathy and strengths-based care are at the heart of my work with clients.
Whether you are new to counseling or have been in counseling before, you are taking a brave step to take care of yourself. As a trauma-informed Resident, I hope to work with you to learn what your experiences mean to you in your unique context. I would be honored to hold space for your experiences.
