I hope to help adolescents and adults alike build self esteem and increase nervous system regulation, especially those who always feel stressed or wound up all the time. I am an affirming therapist in all areas so no matter how embarrassing your problems feel, I'm here to support you.
I use strengths-based, trauma-centered, and identity-informed therapy to help get to the root of people’s issues while acknowledging systemic influences. I'm Enneagram certified if you're into personality typing and all my sessions include elements of mindfulness, DBT, creative expression, and attachment styles.
