I help individuals who are ready to reconnect with themselves and move toward healing, guided by the belief that growth and change happen within safe, attuned relationships. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, interpersonal challenges, and complex or developmental trauma. I believe each client holds a story that deserves to be treated with tenderness, honor and respect.
In our work together, I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore the patterns, emotions, and coping strategies that have helped you survive, while gently creating room for new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I draw from person-centered, attachment-based, trauma-informed, mindfulness, DBT, and emotionally focused approaches to support the whole person: your emotions, body, relationships, and the internal strengths you may not yet fully recognize.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered. I am currently not accepting new clients, but I work with a team of therapists who have availability. Please reach out through our website for more information.
