While I enjoy working with adults of all ages on a variety of concerns, I have particular expertise in anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, relationship struggles, career transitions or job-related stress, aging, grief and loss, assertiveness and boundary setting, and in supporting survivors of sexual assault. I also offer EMDR and CBT-I (insomnia).
Depending on your needs, I use variety of therapeutic modalities & approaches including EMDR, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing & relational psychology while always considering the greater context of your current struggles and how oppression or discrimination may be contributing to those struggles.
