I am intensively trained in DBT an evidence based treatment which combines mindfulness and behavioral principles, to help people balance change and acceptance in their lives, assisting them in creating a life worth living. Additionally I am certified in EMDR, a trauma therapy that helps folks move through traumatic experiences and heals the body and the mind
