Not accepting new clients
What stands in the way of you feeling whole, supported, connected, and in charge of your life? Sometimes we see ourselves in outdated or inaccurate ways, feel stuck in habits and routines that are burdensome or unfulfilling, struggle in relationships, work too hard to keep pain at bay, suffer terrible losses, and find ordinary life challenges overwhelming and impossible. Whether your struggle involves past trauma, difficult relationships, challenging life transitions, or just navigating through a demanding and ever changing world, you deserve compassionate understanding, support, and relief.

I offer a compassionate space for my clients to turn within, explore unmet needs, and find creative ways to heal internal wounds, experience peace, and tap into values that direct positive change. My approach is informed by: Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR and other mindfulness based practices.
I believe in the human capacity to heal, change and grow, and my passion is to help you discover this innate power for yourself. I invite you to allow me to skillfully support you through this unfolding, magnificent process.
