You may look like you have it all together, but inside you're exhausted from carrying so much. I work with women who are ready to stop people-pleasing, find their voice, set boundaries, and build a life that reflects what they truly want. I also work with men who want to understand emotional avoidance, communicate more openly, and become more connected and supportive partners.
Together, we identify the patterns keeping you stuck, understand where they came from, and create new ways of responding—to yourself, your relationships, and your life. My goal is to help you feel better, and to help you build a life that feels more like you!
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, relationship and attachment patterns, and nervous system dysregulation. Using Brainspotting, somatic therapy, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches, I help you understand how old patterns show up in your mind and body so you can feel more regulated, connected, and able to respond differently.
You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what's keeping you stuck, and feel less alone in what you've been carrying. If something here resonates with you, reach out. We can talk about what you're looking for and whether working together feels like the right fit.

The Village - Single Parent Support
Being a single parent can feel lonely, exhausting, and overwhelming. If you're carrying the weight of trying to do it all while holding everything together for your children, The Village is a place to exhale. Connect with other single parents who truly understand, share challenges and victories, receive support, and learn practical tools for navigating this season of life. When I became a single parent, I realized we were never meant to do this alone. Come build meaningful connections, be encouraged, and remember, you don't have to carry it all by yourself. It really does take a village.
