Hello! My name is Meg (they/them), and I’m a queer and neurodivergent therapist who is passionate about supporting members of my communities (and beyond!) in finding freedom from the societal structures that are not built for us. I’m not here to ‘fix’ you because you’re already whole. What I am here for is supporting and guiding you toward (re)connecting with your wholeness, healing the trauma stored in your body, and freeing yourself from painful patterns.
My hope is that therapy can be a soft landing place for you – a place where you can receive support that is responsive to the needs of your mind, body, spirit, and intersecting identities. I believe each of us has an innate capacity to heal ourselves, and sometimes it takes a steady helping hand to walk alongside us and show us what we already possess.
It is my honor to be that steady hand. Life can be different, and you don't have to navigate the path forward on your own. Together we can gently reveal the thriving version of yourself that is already within you. I invite you to call or email me today for a free consultation where I’ll be happy to answer any curiosities you may have.
