Do you nurture fear or hope? Investing in therapy is a positive step towards facing fears and uncovering new possibilities and hope. Identify insights, wisdom and truth whether you are struggling with issues related to depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, eating disorders, grief or major life transitions. We'll clarify your values and develop skills and tools for life's journey. Integrating experiential with systems theory and mindfulness strategies helps identify issues and understand new ways for dealing with challenges.
