I specialize in supporting adults through times of change, disconnection, and rediscovery. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, unpacking old wounds, or re-evaluating what matters most, I offer a compassionate and grounded space where you can slow down, reflect, and grow. Many of the individuals I work with are carrying the weight of childhood trauma who are ready to understand long-standing patterns and move toward deeper healing. Others are navigating shifts in identity as neurodivergent adults, beginning to make sense of their experiences through a new lens, often with a mix of relief, grief, and curiosity.
My style is compassionate, casual, and inclusive, creating a comfortable, collaborative environment where connection can thrive. I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities, going beyond traditional talk therapy. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through relationship.
